  2. Receive an intake form to fill out, followed by a consultation call with me to review the form and get additional details before programming.

  3. Receive your program within 3 days (custom macros, weight loss/gain weekly targets, flexible food guide so you can eat what you like, as well as hacks for “treats” while making weight as well as a grocery guide).

  4. Weekly email check-in form while you CRUSH your camp.

  5. One end-of-month call with me for support and adjustments.

  6. Make weight. WIN!

NOTE: Based on a 90 day commitment. Often times preliminary weight management needs to happen before the cut can be effective and safe. Similarly, I will help you with your maintenance for the remaining time post fight as you transition into a de-load.
